The terms that govern use of the Afridence platform.

Participants must provide accurate information during registration and complete identity verification before being eligible to take part in research studies. Client accounts are issued directly by Afridence and are tied to a specific project.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Verified Participant pool. Afridence reviews all applications and will notify applicants of the outcome by email.

Verified Participants may be invited to take part in research studies matched to their profile. Participation in any individual study is voluntary, and a participant may decline an invitation.

Payment for a completed study is credited to the participant's in-platform wallet once Afridence has reviewed and approved the work. Withdrawal of funds is subject to identity and bank detail verification by Afridence.

Client access to the platform is limited to the specific project(s) for which access has been granted, and clients may not share their login credentials.

Project data, timelines, and deliverables are governed by the separate agreement between Afridence and the client organisation for that engagement, in addition to these terms.

Users agree not to provide false information during registration, misrepresent their identity, attempt to access data or accounts they are not authorised to view, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Use of the platform is also governed by the Afridence Privacy Policy, which explains what data is collected and how it is used.

Afridence reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, provides fraudulent information, or is found to compromise the integrity of the research process.

Afridence provides the platform on an "as available" basis and works to maintain accurate, reliable service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Afridence is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Afridence may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
