How we work
The standards you will be held to, and can hold us to.
01
Verification over convenience
If a respondent cannot be properly verified, speed is no reason to compromise.
02
Transparency over polish
Clients should understand how their evidence was produced, not only what it says.
03
Rigour over shortcuts
A method should stand up to questions from the people who rely on it.
04
People before data points
Respondents are people first. Consent, privacy and dignity are not negotiable.
