Six standards behind every study.

They apply to every project, every member of staff and every field worker.

A recognised research code
We follow the ICC/ESOMAR International Code on Market, Opinion and Social Research and Data Analytics. Research is never used as a cover for selling, and every participant takes part voluntarily and can stop at any time.
Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023
We collect only what a study needs, record consent, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and restrict access by role. Members can see, correct or delete their data at any time.
Respondents stay anonymous
Clients see answers, never names, phone numbers or addresses, unless a study requires it and the person has given separate, explicit consent.
Quality checked before it counts
Panel members are verified before their first invitation, and every response is checked for speed, completeness and duplicates before it is counted or paid.
Methods you can audit
Every report includes a methodology note covering the sample, fieldwork dates, quality exclusions and weighting. Ask how any number was made and we will show you.
Responsible use of AI
AI helps us check quality, transcribe and analyse faster. A researcher signs off every finding, and we never present AI-generated answers as responses from real people.
